What we are

Not a passive fund.
An operator-led investment vehicle.

Capzara Capital deploys financial capital alongside operational capital - we fund companies we believe in and then roll up our sleeves to help them grow.

We invest directly from our own position, and where the opportunity warrants it, we co-invest with a curated group of aligned investors and funds from our network - consolidating the right capital around the right companies.

Most investors write a cheque and wait. We take an equity position and contribute the commercial execution expertise - GTM strategy, sales architecture, market entry, fractional leadership - that turns that equity into something worth holding.

Beyond the cheque

What every portfolio company receives.

The same commercial operating capability that has driven $100M in revenue across three continents - applied directly to your growth challenges.

01
Go-to-Market & Market Entry
USA, Western Europe, Middle East, and SEA entry strategy. Sales channel architecture built for your specific stage and sector.
02
Commercial Growth & Execution
Full-funnel growth strategy. Paid and organic acquisition. Brand positioning and performance marketing - designed and executed, not just advised on.
03
Fractional Commercial Leadership
Embedded senior CMO or commercial operator. Senior leadership in the chair before the full-time hire - with the experience to actually change the trajectory.
04
Investment Readiness & Raise Support
Full investment readiness for the next institutional round - pitch deck, data room, financial model, investor coaching, and close support.
05
Network & Co-investor Access
Active relationships across VCs, family offices, and syndicates in the USA, Middle East, and Europe - activated selectively where fit and timing are right.
06
Board Advisory & Strategic Governance
Board-level commercial strategy, fundraise timing, market positioning, and team structuring. Operator perspective, not just financial oversight.
Investment thesis

We invest where execution is the missing piece.

We are not generalist investors. We go deep in sectors and geographies where our commercial operating experience creates genuine, measurable value - not just capital allocation.

The companies we back have already proven the model. What they need is the commercial firepower to scale it - into new markets, at the pace institutional investors need to see.

Stage
Post-revenue. $250K ARR or strong contracted pipeline. Commercial traction proven - not projected.
Investment
$200K to $2M per position - direct equity from Capzara or co-invested with aligned investors and funds from our network.
Sector
AI and agentic AI, consumer tech, prop tech, health tech. Sectors where we have deep operator knowledge.
Geography
Western Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia - with particular focus on companies targeting US market expansion, where our edge is strongest.
The gap
Both financial capacity and commercial execution are constraints - not one or the other. That is where Capzara operates.
Capacity
2 to 4 new positions per year. Deliberately limited - meaningful involvement requires serious bandwidth.

Investment range: $200K to $2M per position.

We invest our own capital and, where the opportunity warrants it, co-invest with a select group of aligned investors and funds from our network. Our focus is on meaningful positions in a small number of high-conviction companies - not a long tail of passive bets. The structure - direct equity, co-investment, or hybrid - is always determined by what is right for the company and the round.
